    Hey Neil,

Great slideshare! Was wondering if there is a video of the presentation given?
What are your thoughts on the writing of tasks for unmoderated remote user testing? Here at UserTest.io (remote user testing tool) we’ve found that how you write your tasks/activities for your testers can play a huge factor on whether you capture the ‘why’ and the ‘what’.

    Keep up the great work!
    Cheers!

      Hi Preson,
There isn’t a video of the presentation I’m afraid. Absolutely the tasks you cover, and how you write the tasks is very important. I’d always recommend running a short trial with any tasks first. This allows you to test whether tasks make sense to users, and to check that you’ve included all the information required to complete the tasks.
