I led a redesign of the onboarding experience for a mental health mobile app, resulting in reduced drop-off from registration and increased frequency of app usage.
I led a redesign of the navigation for Redgate Monitor, a database monitoring tool. I improved the UX for Enterprise users by making critical paths easier to navigate and by creating a more scalable UI.

I carried out user-centred design work capturing the user requirements and creating a concept design for an Enterprise IT system to be used by travel agents within 700+ high street shops and call centres.
