    Thanks for this list – it is always great to be reminded! It is easy for individuals or entire teams to get caught up in ‘being productive’ and weeks or months later step back and then ask “How did we get here?” For that reason, your #1 (Leaving usability issues to later releases) is often most important, in my experience. Even though one must balance with “minimal viable product” requirements / timelines / objectives – I suggest standing ground and position its importance to project stakeholders right away.
