Remote user testing 101

A presentation I carried out with a colleague discussing remote user testing at a Software East event dedicated to UX in software development. The talk covered moderated and unmoderated remote user testing and went through the pros and cons for each technique; some of the remote user testing tools available and some hints and tips for carrying it out.

Agile personas workshop

A hands on workshop I ran with a colleague demonstrating how personas can be very quickly created and used within an Agile project. The workshop was run as part of Agile Cambridge 2010.
