I’m an experienced UX designer with over 10 years commercial experience (5 as a UX lead), together with a Human-Computer Interaction MSc (Distinction) from University College London.
Previously I have led the UX design for projects at TUI (Europe’s largest holiday tour operator), John Lewis, Cambridge Assessment (an international exams group) and been a UX consultant for Webcredible (a UX consultancy) and a digital agency.

Other companies I’ve worked with
“Neil epitomises UX through and through. Grounded in solid user research, Neil always strives for the ideal solution that matches customer needs with business needs. Not always easy to do, Neil achieves this time and time again. Neil is comfortable challenging the status quo and is passionate about customers and delivering the best experience for them. Neil is at ease taking a leading role in the team and is an excellent manager. I have no hesitation in recommending Neil.”
“Neil brings a deep knowledge of usability and psychology and displays accomplishment and professionalism in every UX project. I worked with Neil on a complex E-commerce site, in particular a checkout flow with many internal stakeholders and complicated business rules. He is a great leader – He leads from the front and guides the discussion, making sure every meeting is productive. He’s also particularly good at handling stakeholders, engaging them and maintaining their interest throughout the difficult detail. I would recommend Neil to anyone!”
“Neil has a broad range of User Experience skills having worked within large organisations like John Lewis and Cambridge Assessment, as well as having worked for agencies like Webcredible. I found this breadth of experience particularly helpful when working with Neil. His approach to deadlines is more from his agency background and he has a reputation for ‘getting on with it’ and working effectively. He is very diligent and thorough and yet remains mindful of objectives and the deadline. I hope we get the chance to work together one day”
“I would certainly recommend Neil. During his two stints at Webcredible he impressed me with not only the very high quality of his work but also his general knowledge of usability and his obvious passion for good user experience design. He was very easy to manage and constantly delivered the goods for the projects he was given.”
