Build the right thing, and get the design right. It sounds so simple, and yet is so devilishly hard to do. As a user-centred designer and researcher (a.k.a. UX designer and researcher) with over 15 years under my belt, not to mention a masters in Human-computer interaction, I can ensure that a product hits this elusive sweet spot.

I have both led and directly carried out the design and research for countless digital products over the years. I’ve worked as part of an in-house team, and within agencies. I’ve worked as the sole designer/researcher, and as a lead managing other designers and researchers. I’ve worked in large corporations, and small start-ups. I’ve worked with off-shore teams, and local teams. I’ve worked on Agile projects, waterfall projects and even ‘Scrumfall’ projects. I’ve worked in companies just starting out on their digital design journey, and places where it’s embedded in their DNA.
